Chocolate de Vine 2012
We are looking forward to our 2012 Chocolate de Vine event, coming up on Saturday, March 10, 2012! The event will be held at The Music Academy of the West from 7-10pm (VIP reception at 6pm). Tickets are $65 in advance and $75 at the door. A private VIP reception is $100, and includes hors d’oeuvres and special wines.

Self-defense
Classes
The workshop is open to women and girls, thirteen years old and up, of various physical abilities. Each four-hour workshop offers training in awareness,
assertiveness, and physical self-defense techniques in an empowering, supportive, and fun environment. Cost is $30.00. The workshop will take place at
SBRCC located at 433 East Cañón Perdido St. in Santa Barbara. Participants must pre-register by calling (805) 963-6832, ext. 12. Bringing a sack lunch is recommended.
Volunteer Crisis Intervention Advocate Trainings in Spanish & English
Do you want to become a Certified Sexual Assault Crisis Counselor? We offer trainings throughout the year. We also offer clinical traineeships. Please call us at 963-6832 for more information. Bilingual women and men highly encouraged to apply!
Our Crisis Intervention training schedule is:
English: Mondays and Wednesdays, January 23 - March 26, 2012. 10:00 am to 1:30 pm.
Spanish: Mondays and Wednesdays, May 14 - August 1, 2012. 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
