Self-defense
Classes
The workshop is open to women and girls, thirteen years old and up, of various physical abilities. Each four-hour workshop offers training in awareness,
assertiveness, and physical self-defense techniques in an empowering, supportive, and fun environment. Cost is $30.00. The workshop will take place at
SBRCC located at 433 East Cañón Perdido St. in Santa Barbara. Participants must pre-register by calling (805) 963-6832, ext. 12. Bringing a sack lunch is recommended.
